225g Self raising flour
1 tsp Baking soda
2 tsp Ground ginger
125g Butter
100g Light brown sugar
100g Golden syrup
Crumb together the flour, baking soda, ground ginger and cold butter
Add the sugar and golden syrup and mix gently in to a dough.
Form in to 30 balls on a baking tray
Bake at 180C for about 10 minutes or until golden brown
