Our recent brews since we got the braumeister have come out quite cloudy. Up to a point this is not a problem but we decided we wanted to try for a bit clearer so we have tried adding a clearing agent. I think it is made from seaweed - it works by helping the bits clump together so they fall out of solution.
This is just after the boil and looks promising. Normally we would just see a cloudy glass at this point.
