My boss got one of these and I was soo jealous we had to get one too.
I haven't quite perfected getting the pizza off the peel yet and the topping all tends to slide off the pizza when I do it. Nngh. But practice makes perfect. The dough hasn't been quite right either. It is sourdough and tastes great but has come out a bit thick. I think because the mixture was not stiff enough and I found I couldn't get it on the peel unless I made it quite thick...
Practice makes perfect!
