I know you have all been worrying about whether the new frying pan is ruined or not. You will be pleased to hear that with some more scrubbing (with pan scrubber and then some wire wool) and with the application of some lemon juice and then some salt, it is greatly improved. I re-seasoned it and we had galette for lunch, they did stick a little bit but the seasoning needs to build up with time. Althouh you cannot see it, they have our home made saucisson in.
