Preparing for the mess

The man is coming in next week to knock a door between the garage (soon to be temporary accommodation, eventually laundry room and workshop) and the house (currently the spare bedroom, but will be the living room)

We have moved the bed and a few other things and put up plastic sheets over the remaining boxes.

It looks a bit like a scene from Dexter (tv show with mass murderer - although he only goes for badies - we enjoyed it, but didn't watch beyond the 1st series).

Not looking forward to the might mess that will result, but it will be a big step farward - the same guy will carry on and plaster in the garage and above it in the bedroom.
