This is a fruit/veg pureer attachement for the kitchenaid. It goes on the mincer attachement. It was quite satisfying to use as the bits it rejects come out the end in a dry litte cylinder - you can see a bit about to fall down in to the pan. This is pumpkin which I cooked and then put through and it took the bits of skin out. I have tried it on tomato too when making pizza which worked well also.
