(late) Christmas present

Ruth and Huw gave us a pizza 'stone' (it is not stone, it is teracotta) for christmas. The first one arrived broken, then they were out of stock. FINALLY it has turned up and we have had a chance to try it. Our existing solution is a non-stick one with holes in.. The pizza gets made in it while it is cold and put in to a hot oven.

For the new one you have to make the pizza on a board and then transfer to the hot pizza stone. This was quite tricky but came out fine. Probably I will never be able to do it so well again in my life, beginners luck or something.

The pizza came out very tasty. I would say it was less crispy than with the other one, but nicely crispy, the bottom can get a bit hard with the other one sometimes. So thanks for the lovely present :)
