We took the cable car up to the mid station of the Pic du Midi today and climbed up a little bit then skied down a gully we have seen from the lift many times and wondered about skiing.
The ski area. The snow is melting fast! Bit worries that I am off the week after next and it might be gone by then!

This doesn't look like we are higher than the cable car station, but we toiled up a 100 meters or so
Looking the other way than we skied. Skiable in some conditions, but not really enough snow now.
Doug part the way down. Is quite steep. Photos never show it but he does look high above me.
