It was an up and down process, it was on, it was off and then back on again. Glad to finally get it sorted.
1st flr. Ex council. 2 bed. I would call it compact and bijou.
The builders (can recommend Artur if you need a builder in London - he did the Southwark flat too) have got started. Needs a bit of a facelift. I have it all planned out and should be nice when done.
Bit of a run down area which is being regenerated and gentrified (we hope). Very close to Canary Wharf .
It is ultimately for rental, although I may move there while I am working in Canary Wharf.
