Spring is back again

We were going to go skiing today in the lovely sunshine, but the webcams showed us GIANT queues so we decided to do useful things instead.

Sprint planning in the sun

We are keen to get some birch sap so we can make birch sap wine, we have inspected a few trees and suspect it may be just starting to rise for spring. Apparently there are only a few days or maybe a week during which it is possible to harvest it, easy to miss and hard to judge when spring actually!
The forecast suggests it might get colder again, for a while, from tomorrow.
