Despite the potager being engulfed in grass and weeks we have had
Beef thai red curry (plenty of courgettes!)
Bibimbap with more courgette, kale, sugar snap peas and bean sprouts (didn’t grow the beans I sprouted)
Home grown dried meat. Didn’t grow the melon.
Pancetta, coppa and reestit mutton
Mussels, also with courgette
Home grown basil on saucisson and mozzarella pizza (didn’t make the mozzarella)
