Cheesecake Recipe

Some ginger biscuits went a bit wrong so I made them in to the base for a cheesecake.
18cm cake tin. This is a recipe for a very small cheese cake.

300g biscuit crumbs
450g cream cheese
200g sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence

Our eggs make it very very yellow.
