Vin d’Orange

3l rosé wine
75ml vodka
500g sugar
8 seville oranges (perhaps 2kg)

Mix everything together and leave for about a month
Strain and bottle
Drink neat or over ice

We lived in London for many years and loved it, but as we got older we found we were spending more and more time traveling out of London to do outdoors things. Over a number of years we built up a dream of living in the countryside with a selection of animals. We are now giving it a go on the basis that if you don't try you will never know.
