Chestnut ice cream Recipe

Serves 3
200g crème de marron (recipe here)
150g cream or mix of sour cream and cream or crème epaisse or crème fraiche (I like crème epaisse as it has a slightly sharp taste which goes well with the sweetness of the other ingredients)
30g condensed milk
2 tsp dark rum (optional)

Mix everything together and put in the ice cream maker until frozen.
