Market day

On Saturdays we have been going to the market in 'the city (Bagnère de Bigorre - population 8000). Partially because it is a nice French thing to do and partially because we need to get Poppy used to lots of people, dogs, cars etc and it is a good place to do it. Food is quite expensive at the market so we don't buy much. Marinated (pickled?) garlic are nice and so are olives.
Wearing our nice town clothes

Secret parking (busy on market day)

The Halle ( indoor bit with fruit/veg/meat)

Outdoors market

Edge of the market

Nice café for lunch (we only go with visitors though)

View over Bagnère

Walk after the market to calm down
